Our factory is located in the Wujiang District, Taihu New Town, Suzhou, with a total office, research and development, and production space of 1,285 m2, including a 750 m2 cleanroom with a cleanliness level of 100,000.. The facility is equipped with advanced machinery such as weaving machines, spinning machine and winding machine. The primary product manufactured is absorbable surgical sutures made from biodegradable PGA materials, with an annual production capacity of 30 tons, equivalent to approximately 200 million meters per year.
PGA is a biodegradable polymer material with excellent biocompatibility, widely used in the biomedical field. Fibers made from PGA through melt spinning exhibit oriented polymer molecular structures, which enhance strength, and the single filament strength can reach up to 5 cN/dtex.
The PGA absorbable suture produced by the company with a surface coating of polycaprolactone and calcium stearate. The coating makes line in a more uniform, rounded, and the surface more smooth. Currently, the line colors available are original (undyed) and violet.
The company's products also include other PGA products and a variety of biodegradable materials, such as PCL, PTMC, PPDO, PLA, and PLGA. We also sell monomers like GA and LA. Additionally, materials such as PCL microspheres are part of our production range.
